Beverage Technologies Journal is the first and only journal to deliver the scientific and technological developments and innovations of the beverage sector to the sector in Turkey. The objective of the journal, which is internationally issued, is to contribute to the development of beverage sector, and to enable beverage sector to form a sector by itself separated from food sector by increasing the share of our sectoral firms in the international area. Drinktech Journal for Beverage and Beverage Technologies conducts researches and then publishes on technologies, industrial applications, developed raw materials, new packaging designs manufactured in the world and in Turkey and their applications. Moreover; with the columns, interviews and news on products it publishes; reaches the final user who is the target mass of the sector. Drinktech Journal for Beverage and Beverage Technologies is distributed free of charge in the domestic and foreign fairs organized.
