OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY EMPLOYEES UNION (ISG-SEN), as an INDEPENDENT union and a democratic, egalitarian class and mass organization, protects the universal fundamental rights and freedoms of employees in the field of occupational health and safety, all international agreements, conventions and the International Labor Organization. To fully implement, develop and strengthen union rights and freedoms based on agreements and decisions, to ensure solidarity and unity among members, by giving priority to all kinds of scientific and educational studies that increase the economic, social, political and cultural development of Turkey\’s occupational health and safety workers in international union solidarity. To perpetuate a struggle aimed at social development through democratic methods, to determine the legislation to be issued in the field of occupational health and safety, professional ethics, working conditions, wages, etc. The main aim is to be a determining factor in studies such as, to raise awareness of all employees and employers about the prevention of work accidents, to ensure that occupational health and safety workers are organized under the roof of unions at national and international levels in their workplaces, branches of work, in unity and solidarity, to achieve a standard of living worthy of human dignity in all respects. to reach, It considers the basic principle that the grassroots should have a say and decide in all union activities, and that democracy and the democratic legal order should prevail in all areas.
