In 2015, As we are Lidersan Flexible Packaging belongs to Altunkaya Group of companies started our activities in the flexible packaging sector with Flexo printing and PE film extrusion production in a closed area of 25,000 m². In the following years, we implemented 5S and TPM lean manufacturing system and we were the 4th packaging company which was honoured the status of an R&D center from the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2019, with our new investments made for the PE film extrusion process, we reached 1500 tons/month production capacity. In 2020, we increased the closed production area to 50.000 m² and put into used the Rotogravure printing facility in 2021. As of 2021, we have fully integrated facility with Evoh/PA/PP Structured Barrier film, PE film extrusion, Flexo printing/Rotogravure printing, Solvent/Solvent-free Lamination, Slitting, Laser perforation, Doypack bag, Flat bottom and Converting processes.
