Bottle cleaning machine is used to clean glass, plastic and tin packages through air, C.I.P. It is specially designed for cleaning in place (Cleaning in Place) or with hot water. This system rotates 180 degrees by grasping the ongoing packaging groups with two grippers, cleans air or water cleaning into the packages, and then separates the packages by rotating them 180 degrees again. Cleaning Methods: Glass, plastic and tin packages are cleaned by air, C.I.P. (Clean-In-Place) system or hot water usage is effectively detected. Washing Mechanism: Packages moving on the conveyor system are caught by two grippers and heated at 180 degrees. During the cleaning process, air or water is stored inside the packages, then the packages are enlarged again by 180 degrees and combined. Filtration and Cleaning: Filtered air is used to remove dust and other debris from the interior surface. The air coming from the compressor was met by the FESTO filtering system. Flexibility and Integration: It offers high flexibility by adapting to jars of different sizes. It can be easily integrated into your packaging line. Sterilization Option: With the optional UV light tunnel, packages are sterilized before leaving the jar cleaning machine. Control and Security: Provides comfortable use with its user-friendly touch screen control panel. Stainless steel chassis guarantees controlled and long-lasting performance.
