Eva Bags

The EVA batch inclusion bags from Karawia Pack are designed specifically for packing rubber materials and additives during the rubber compounding process. These bags, made of EVA resin with a low melting point and high compatibility with natural and synthetic rubber, make compounding easier. By placing the bags directly into an internal mixer, the chemicals melt and disseminate easily into the rubber, improving efficiency and dose accuracy. The advantages include simplified pre-weighing and material handling, greater batch homogeneity, decreased spillage, reduced dust, and an overall increase in process efficiency, all of which contribute to cost-effectiveness.
