Filling Machine

The machine including rinsing, filling and capping. Bottle inlet to rinsing part by air conveyor, the bottle clamping clamp, turn the bottle mouth along the bottle flushing track 180°, the pump opens, rinse the bottle through the ro water, then drain along the bottle rinsing track and turn 180°, enter the filling part through dial wheel, and position the bottle lifting mechanism on the bottle bottleneck by hanging the bottle mouth. Lift the bottle and press it into the filling. During the lift, check for bottles on the bottleneck plate of the card. If there is a bottle, the filling process begins and the bottle is filled with material. If there is no bottle, the corresponding valve remains closed. After the filling is completed, the bottle lifting mechanism is lowered, and the filled bottle is sent to the capping machine through the filling star wheel. After the capping, the beverage bottle is transported to the bottle conveyor belt by the touch screen star wheel.
