Your personal data may be processed by the data controller or legal/natural persons appointed by it under the following circumstances and conditions;

To increase the benefits and quality that our exhibitors displaying their products and services at our fairs, and visitors coming to see these products and services, will obtain from these organizations,
To plan fair scopes in accordance with exhibitor and visitor expectations, to monitor their effectiveness and ensure their continuity,
To increase awareness of fairs among exhibitors, visitors, press, relevant non-governmental organizations and relevant public institutions and organizations, to establish business partnerships between them, and to enrich their commercial or social activities,
To evaluate newly developed products and services and to determine and implement our company's commercial or business strategies,
To process our employees' data to increase performance levels and employee satisfaction, to determine training and career plans, or to ensure work safety,
To perform necessary quality and standard audits, or to fulfill reporting and other obligations determined by laws and regulations,
Additionally, to fulfill legal obligations specified in the KVKK with regulatory and supervisory institutions, as required or compelled by legal regulations, within the scope of specified requirements and obligations.

c. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred:

Your processed personal data may be transferred within the above purposes and conditions determined by the KVKK to;

Our company's business partnerships or affiliates in order to perform and ensure the continuity of commercial activities,
Our suppliers, limited to the provision of externally sourced products and services,
Audit firms within the scope of relevant contracts for the audit of our commercial activities in accordance with the provisions of relevant legislation,
Our shareholders, limited to the design of strategies related to our company's commercial activities,
Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, limited to requests within the legal authority of relevant public institutions and organizations,
Institutions and organizations determined to fulfill legal obligations specified in the KVKK,

within the framework of your explicit consent or conditions determined by law.

d. Method and legal basis for collecting personal data:

Your personal data is collected with your explicit consent by our company or natural or legal persons processing data on behalf of our company; through website, various contracts, all kinds of information forms, surveys, job application forms, employment contracts, social media applications, call centers, and through verbal, written or electronic channels, not limited to those listed here.
This information is obtained for the purpose of providing our commercial and administrative activities within the framework of laws regulating business and social life, and in this context, to enable our company to continue its commercial life and to fulfill its legal responsibilities completely and accurately.

To request information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of data if the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data no longer exist,
To request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the corrections or deletions made at your request,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
